Just bought this refrigerator, i cant seem to open the ice bucket to remove the new ice. Ive pushed the button, but it doesnt open, there was no manual with my purchase so im just trying to figure out this simple task. null

I had the same issue the first time removing the ice box. It is a snug fit. Press the button firmly on the back, more indented side. While pressing the button, jiggle the ice box with your other hand while pulling it out. I just tried it again after a few weeks of use. It removes easier each time.

It is tough to do the first time me. Push the button and pull at the same time. You might have to lift up the bucket a bit while pushing the button. Hope this helps.
