“Anyone else have an issue with the dishes coming out still dirty and greasy? I dont know why. I've tried many different detergents, half the time the pod doesnt even melt all the way. I know it's not a hot water problem as I have checked the temp HELP”

I have not had a problem at this time but I have been using liquid detergent rather than the packets since I had it left over from use with the dish waster this new one replaced. I have not yet tried the packets.

Please try again later.I had the same problem and upon researching, found that you should not use the pods and be sure to fill the pre wash depression with detergent (with liquid or powder). I t does not seem to matter if the detergent is National brand or a cheaper alternative of powder or liquid.

After a load of dishes is completed I’m having the same problem with the dishes either being greasy and wet. I’m becoming very disappointed in my new dishwasher. Hopefully, this problem can be resolved.
