“When we do a normal wash with heat dry, a red light comes on at the end of cycle. Is this something that is wrong?”

I have never seen this red light before it can be in several things you might want to look at the manual or possibly Google what that means that’s interesting….. Maybe you want to try and clean it out look inside and see if there’s debris in there
