Has anyone had a problem with the dishwasher not being dry inside after the cycle ends (even with using the 20 minute heated dry plus rinse aid option)? The dishes are dry but basically the entire interior of the machine is still wet afterwards? null

I had the issue before using the drying agent, but not since. I’ve heard some drying agents work better than others. I use only Jetdry. I also typically start the dishwasher just before bed or before I go to work so maybe I give them more time to dry. On the rare occasion that I empty right after it finishes, I typically put top rack, mostly plastics on a towel to dry while I put everything else away. The water usually evaporates by the time I’m done with the others. Hope it helps.

Hello Bo! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern. The unit will need to "season" itself, so it may take a week or two of washes to see this stop. However, the inside will not be completely dry. The dishes should be. If you have any other questions of concerns please contact us at 1-800-253-1301. Funny thing, I used my new one twice, and found the same situation. The interior was wet, and the dishes were dry.
