“I cannot get it to drain? Everything seems to work well, I even hear the pump running and trying to drain but the bottom is still full of water and no water flows through the drain hose. Any ideas?”

First off, is it connected to food disposal(aerator)? If so and that aerator is new, my plumber told me to pop the covering of that aerator where you connect the tubing from dishwasher or else it won’t drain. Hopefully, this is the case for you or you have solved it already.
