I suggest you first check the filter to make sure it’s not clogged. Unlike some models of dishwashers this one does not have a larger food particle cutter which chops up and food left on dishes. I always make sure all food is rinsed off before I place the dish in the dishwasher. If the filter-drain is clear then I suggest you call Best Buy and schedule a service appointment.
