“Whenever I use rinse aid with this dishwasher, it uses all the rinse aid in 3 or fewer wash cycles. The manual says that I should only be refilling the rinse aid once every 1 to 3 months depending on usage. Is this a known issue with this model?”

Hello! There is a lever located near the Rinse Aid compartment, please make sure that it is not set up to release the highest amount. As this will make your Rinse aid go faster. If you are still having concerns, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.
