• could be an issue with the water filter not being properly seated. I would at least start there and seeing if it was properly installed. your friendly best buy employee

• how new is your unit. Maybe something needs cleaning...could be the coils. Shop vac the whole under side of the fridge. Maybe the filter is loose.

• The angle of spout is the cause. I often don't notice when miss my mark.
