yes they put all the handles on once in the kitchen.

The handles are off when the fridge is delivered. The installer put them on during the install.

The handles come attached to the door. Howevery, they can be easily and quickly removed by the delivery person(s) to get it through the front door into the house. This was the case with our delivery.
