• A:Answer Hello Lulu, per the Use and Care Guide, https://bit.ly/3e636PH, after changing the water filter, reset the status light. Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, then press LOCK to initiate the reset, then press MEASURED FILL to confirm that you want to reset the status light. When the system is reset, the “ORDER” and “REPLACE” icons will disappear from the display screen. We hope this helps.

• A:Answer That was the situation with my door and refrigerator. The opening was too narrow so the technicians removed the refrigerator doors which allowed them to get the refrigerator in the kitchen. Once it was in place they reattached the refrigerator doors. Very easy fix for what I thought was a major issue.

• A:Answer Hello Best Buy Customer! The Fist thing we suggest is checking to make sure the ice maker is on. You can turn the ice maker ON or OFF from the control panel. Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode. The words “Ice Maker” will illuminate. Then press TEMP to toggle between “Ice Maker” and “Ice Maker Off.” When the ice maker is turned off, “Ice Maker Off” will illuminate. If it is on and still not making ice, then you may need service.
