Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have not had any issues with the lights in any portion of the refrigerator or freezer areas. Is the refrigerator new? If so, Look at the bulb to see if it is blown, if several are blown I would contact Best Buy to have it serviced. If it’s new and several are blown, there may be a bigger issue. Customer service has been great to work with for any issues we have experienced with other products.
