Does this refrigerator model have a door alarm? If so, how do you get it to work? null

Had technician come two weeks after delivery since doors not closing properly and he did make better but not perfect.  It's supposed to have an alarm but I don't hear it and wound up leaving the refrigerator door slightly open overnight.

Just the other day with both doors wide open I did hear it but since both were wide open I knew I had to close them.  The problem is if left slightly ajar it is not either not warning you or the alarm may be too quiet.

Hello Grammy9! Yes, there is an alarm on this model. If it is not working we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm est. They will be better able to assist you.
