• The two plastic pieces are for when/if the door hinge sides are swapped (left to right). They are part of the hinge mechanism that helps to secure the door when closed.

• I think these may be to secure the fridge to the wall somehow? I would call Best Buy for sure, but we didn't use them either. Not sure what they are for. Or look at the parts/manual on directions. I didn't put it together when it arrived so I don't know for sure.
