Questioni have a whirpool gas stove, t when i turn the oven on it works for about 10 minutes but never more then 30 minutes then it turns off and starts to flash . what can i do to make it work longer?

QuestionThe vent just above the cooktop and below the clock display pushes out extremely hot air (like dangerously hot..). Is this by design? I certainly hope not. Other reviews aren't mentioning it. My dinky little apartment ovens seemed far safer than this.

QuestionOne of the reasons I selected this model was because it had a broiler. However, when delivered there was no broiler pan. Is a broiler pan supposed to be included? If not, how to use the broiler? Can a pan be purchased?
