QuestionJust purchased and had delivered the WRT311FZD from Lowe's yesterday. The freezer does not appear to freeze consistently, does not make ice cubes in tray, Ice cream is like milk shake. Top is 29 degrees, bottom at 55 and we're at 4 snow flakes.

QuestionIs it just mine, or do the outer doors of this fridge (both freezer & main compartment) always feel Cold to the touch when the fridge is running? No other fridge I've had, ever had cold outside doors. Just mine? Colder than room temperature. Normal?

- Answer The real problem is that this refrigerator has little insulation, that's why the surfaces feel cold. A well insulated refrigerator may feel slightly cool. Period! A sign of a poorly designed product! This has nothing to do with doors!!

- Answer There was only one temperature gauge that regulates both the refrigerator and freezer. Three snow flakes is factory setting, move to 4 snow flakes for colder out 2 snow flakes for warmer.

QuestionI purchased this fridge less than a week ago model wrt311fzdw and water is forming on the inside of the freezer door at the top. Can you recommend a fix or should I return fridge to bestbuy for a replacement? Including pics of the problem.

- Answer By all means return it. There shouldn't be any water there at all and it can only get worse with time.
