(How about that worthless owner's manual, eh? What a joke!) The key to removing/adjusting the chunky plastic dividers is to release the clip on the front-to-back piece that holds it on the back rail. To do so, you need to push in on the bottom/under part of the clip to clear the rail, then pull up on the piece. Once you have that unclipped, it's fairly easy to work the entire dividers assembly out of the drawer. Hopefully you're able to get that done without removing the drawer. I wasn't. If you want to remove the drawer to get a better look, here's the video I found on YouTube showing how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UB7jPvwUrw You'll want to separate the left-right divider from the front-back divider and either reposition it or, like we did, leave it out altogether and reinstall the front-back divider to hold the ice bucket in position.
