A:AnswerGuidebook says it is. My experience is that the first 6-8 oz are cold. After that it warms up. If you fill a 24-32 oz cup, you better have ice in the cup.
A:AnswerThe manual is incorrect by stating that 1 bar is coldest and 5 bars is least cold. It is the opposite. We learned the hard way a few months ago by setting it at more bars with the result that the food froze in the main compartment. The refrigerator is warmest at 1 bar. I wish the company would correct their manual. Tom
A:AnswerGman, the unit has a white lighting that show the true color of the food. The blue lighting distorts the color of the food. Also this unit does have two light to make sure its well lit even when full with food.
A:AnswerHello DLMJ! We are sorry for any concern that has been raised from the warmness of your refrigerator.
The refrigerator exterior should feel warm in the area where the gaskets meet the frame. These areas are the mullion and cabinet flanges. This heat is generated by a heat loop located within the refrigerator walls near the gasket areas. This heat is necessary to keep moisture and frost from forming on the refrigerator exterior.
At times, the refrigerator exterior may feel even warmer than usual in these areas. This could last up to 24 hours. This condition may be caused by one or more of the following:
1. Initial startup of the refrigerator from room temperature
2. Loading fresh food or food that is near room temperature
3. Heavy usage during certain times of the day
If the refrigerator exterior continually feels hot in these areas, check the condenser for excessive dirt or debris and clean if necessary. Airflow blocked by lint, pet hair and dirt will cause the condenser and heat loop temperature to increase.
A:AnswerMy shelves are not slide out. They are locked into the sides. However, since I see another lock area, I am assuming one shelf can be moved into another slot and thereby can re-position at least one of the shelves.

A:AnswerIn practice we found the instructions to be very confusing. After trials we found that if the icon shows five bars, the resulting temperature is the coldest. One bar showing is results in the warmest temp. Experiment to find your best fit....we found that three bars worked for us. The tech who responded to our call for help said that the instructions should be edited.
