“In the specs it states that there are two led light settings. When I press the light button it only goes on or off. How do you activate the two light levels?”

Hi DP, this indicates there are two ways to use the lighting. On page 13 of the Owner's Manual, linked here: https://bit.ly/3pGof9Y you will find manual operation of the Task Lighting, then an "Ambient Lighting" setting. We hope this helps!
