“Hi, my Whirlpool model WFE320M0ES displays an F9 error. The range works, the oven DOES NOT. The pamphlet said to have an electrician test the wiring, I did and all that is fine, so it's the unit itself. What do I need to buy to repair this?”

I'm not sure how long you have your product but would suggest calling Whirlpoolitd sounds that could be the oven element. Because the issue shows a possible electric problem contacting the manufacturer it's the safest way to to troubleshoot.
