“I would be using this range for pressure cooking. That means I need it to stay at a high heat for a long period of time. Does this oven have temperature limiting coils? If so would I be able to use this with my pressure cooker?”

Really wish the question was answered better. I cannot get my jam hotter than 215F i have 140oz of jam that will NOT set right cuz this stupid a s s stove wont stay on high. The temperature regulation thing is the worst idea for a stove! I wish i never replaced my old stove with this p.o.s
