Q: QuestionIs the 46 inch height measured at its highest point in the back? If So what is the front height ?

• A:Answer Yes, I had the same question so I went to the store to make sure before purchasing it. 46” is the highest point in the back. The front height is about 36”- it should be pretty level to your countertops.
