“After I turn my oven light on when baking, it does not stay on. I have to turn it back on after every time I open the oven door. Is this normal? Also, my oven seems to cook a lot faster on350 than my old oven. Is there something I can adjust? Thanks”

--- The oven light does turn itself off. This is normal. As far as the cooking speed, it is possible that your oven needs to be calibrated. This is something that you can do at home.
