“Does the Model: WFG505M0BW Control Lock Feature also lock the stove top burners so they can't be ignited??? OR just disable the electronic controls on the Oven & Broiler? Thanks”

Hi Steve, The Control Lock function blocks the control panel pads to avoid unintended use of cook functions. When the control is locked, only Clock, Oven Light and Timer Set/Off will function.
