“Why does temp change in over it goes from say 350 to 295 and then heats back up to 350 we have to keep adjusting temp while baking cookies So what is the problem?and can it be fixed??”

Mine has the exact same issue. I set temp to 350. The temp reading rises steadily. I click to change the set temp to 345. The temp suddenly jumps from 350 to 300 or some similar, lower temp. I tested the temperature sensor with a multimeter and it seems to in normal spec--right at 1090 Ohms at room temperature. That essentially leaves the bake element or the controller board. I've also noticed that the oven has a very difficult time reaching 450 or higher. So I'm hoping it's just the bake element, although I can't find any manuals or information on how to get to the element to inspect it (there doesn't seem to be a removable bottom panel to access the lower element as in many other overs).
