Does the outside get hot null

I think this person wondered about the grates getting hot. Since they go edge to edge, would it be easy to burn our hand on them? I was worried about that, too, and am happy to report I have not even come close to burning my hand on the grates. The left and right edge get warm but not hot.

It gets warm but not hot enough you cant graze your hand over without being burned. Very warm to the touch but not terribly hot.

No, the outside of the oven does not get hot.

Yes Gruna, the burners get extremely hot. I was very impressed at how fast it produces heat.
