Hi LearningToCookWithWhirlpool, an "Air Fryer" is both hotter and has a more powerful fan than just convection bake alone. While convection does cook quicker and more evenly, an air fryer will produce a crispier result due to the higher heat and larger fan so the results will not quite be the same.
