QuestionIs it a common occurrence for the door latch motor to not work after only having the range for 13 months?I cleaned the upper oven, when it was done cleaning the door latch would not release.Now I am afraid to clean the lower oven and have it happen again.

QuestionHI. I am looking at replacing our single oven range with this double oven range. How wide and deep are the ovens? I can fit 2 large Pampered Chef bar pans side by side in my oven now. I need to make sure that I could still do that with this oven.

QuestionSome of the reviews mention that the product does not sit flush against the wall. My outlet is on the floor on the left side of the stove. (My current stove has a recess.) Is this going to be an issue?

- Answer My plug in sits to the left on the floor also and I worried about it being to far away from the wall. The range sits to the side of it but my last one did to. I have a portable dishwasher that sits in front of the plug in to hide it. I didn’t try to put the plug in the back of the range because of my kitchen layout so I’m not sure how to answer this question correctly.
