I have this stove and have gone through the settings and read page 9 repeatedly and the timer sounds once and possibly every minute after. Not very helpful if you don't want to burn your cookies and are not in the room when the timer goes off.

I can say however that the ovens work really great and when you start to use them you’ll wonder why you didn’t buy a double oven sooner.
