filter is replaced inside of your Samsung refrigerator on the outside of your Samsung dooor above the water dispenser should be the display panel with the air filter, water filter,etc. If it's red instead of blue press the indicator light for 3 seconds and it will chime and change back to blue. It indicator light goes from blue clean/good, then orange light as dirty/need to order replacement and finally lighting up red meaning not working/replace air or water filter. Which ever one lighted up red..
