You can leave the watch on the charger. I am confident that there is overcharge protection. In fact, most wireless charged devices have this feature. The watch also has a feature that sends a notification to your phone that it has reached 100%. Read and follow the manufacturers instructions and best practices for proper charging. Do not use charging cradles designed for phone charging.
