“How much are the cutting lines and/or blades? If it needs to be replaced?”

I complained to technical support as my lines were getting short very fast, requiring changing them every one or two loads. They said, new lines are 21$, but they were willing to send them to me free. I refused. Wasted 140$ ( as I’m off 5 days from return period, otherwise I’d have returned ).
