Will this work with a Dell XPS 8930 Desktop? null

You might want to double check your power supply to make sure that the power is drawing less than intended. This card is recommended to have at least 400w of power just for the card. Most machines overall uses at least a 600w power supply.

The Dell XPS 8930 , seems to come with a 460 watt power supply. The xfx rx 5600 xt raw ii pro requires 450 watts but recommends 500 watts. So unless you have power issues with your Dell it should work. I don't personally overclock my card, but if plan on doing so your at the base minimum for wattage and so overclocking would not be recommended.
