• Yes it is, just use a compatible RGB/JRGB software. They’re usually motherboard brand based like MSI Mystic Light, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASUS Aura Sync, etc.

• Yes, the RGB is addressable and can be customized. In addition, there is an ARGB connector on the card that can be connected to an external controller or the motherboard making it easier to synchronize your color scheme.
