If the bedroom is carpeted, you may be able to shove the wires underneath the edge of the carpet. If you may be replacing the carpet in the near future, live with the wires on the walls until then, and when replacing the carpet place a wire for each speaker under the carpet padding. Carpet layers are able to do this safely; mine have several times in the past. Leave plenty of wire on each end to complete the hook up and be sure to mark the wires with tape or markers on the ends to identify them when hooking up.
