“What size screws or bolts does this come with to mount? Some contractor took them down and didn’t save the hardware. I’m trying to find the manual or instructions that specify.”

Depends on the surface you’re mounting them on. Tap cons are good for brick, #10 screw and anchor for drywall, drywall screws for wood
