Yes you can hook up 4 speakers to this receiver. You should be able then hook up tv to the receiver. I have same setup. However you may need an adapter to get tv sound output to the receiver. In my case, I bought a $15 adapter to use digital optical sound output from tv and convert to rca cables for input into the receiver. I also had to change the sound settings on the tv to switch from tv internal speakers to digital output. So depending on your tv and the outputs on it, you should be able to make it work but may need to adjust tv sound settings and invest in an adapter.
