• I would recommend a different receiver that has specific subwoofer out and tv digital (HDMI, Optical, or Coaxial) inputs.

• No. It is only a 2-channel amp and has no pre-amp out for the sub. You could connect a TV, but you would have to use a signal converter to change optical to RCA input. It also has no HDMI inputs. This receiver is specifically designed for listening to music.
