There are four HDMI inputs and one HDMI ARC, so theoretically, you could run up to five TVs simultaneously (and I'm not including the AV inputs in this discussion). Of course, only the audio from one input can play at any given time. If you wanted to output to more than one TV you could via composite video (and use a splitter on that cable to even more TVs) and via HDMI ARC. Not sure if you can split the ARC channel/cable. May work for output only.
