• Yes, You Can do Cheese Cake, Pies, Cakes, ect... Only you will have to Use the Manual setting for what Temperature you want the Center to be.. This is Meat App.. So, you will "Select" (the "other" instead of Pork, Beef, Poultry, ect..) Then Select the Internal Temperature you want..
