I had my S4 for five years before I upgraded and had no reason to get a replacement in that time. The next, S9+, I did need a replacement. Contacted Zagg and the offered my "free" replacement would be a plastic shield, not the glass I had, and not refund the difference in price either. Their offered replacement was less than half the cost of the glass shield I had purchased.
