Yes just bring the broken screen protector to the store and they will swap it out

The other got lost and there is no email or phone number to contact for assistance. There is also a shipping fee for replacements. So you still have to pay, just not as much as you would for a new one. Also, in order for the replacement screen protector to have the same warranty, it’s an additional cost.
