Best Buy was great. I had an appointment to get the shield replaced When I arrived the gentleman took my phone, removed broken shield and installed the new one within 5 minutes of my arrival. I paid for the new shield and was given the warrantee information by the same gentleman. What more could a customer ask for? I am happy with the service and care that I received.

it does but costs to do so. However, I was given courtesy and the install was done for me at no cost. It was problematic, however, and at least one screen had to be replaced.
