• They will for a fee. I personally chose to walk out without paying it and allowed another very trusted source to install it for me. After paying $30 for it in store, I was offended they wanted to charge for installation.

• Yes, for a small fee. It was less than $10 and that covers being able to bring it back to Best Buy to replace it.
