No, unfortunately. But it hasn't affected those far-side placed functions and buttons (like Feedback and chat assistance).

I have an OtterBox defender pro series case, there is a small gap between the protector and the case. The entire display screen is covered, but there's easily 1 mm on both sides, and 2 mm on both the top and bottom not covered. Very minimal but the same coverage as the cheap protectors. This glass does feel better than the cheap ones though.

No this unfortunately does not curve. There will be a gap between the screen protector and a case
