Generally after it is installed the first time you shouldn’t remove it if it is damaged or cloudy it has a lifetime warranty. Just go back to Best Buy and they should put a new one on free.

If you kept the installation guide you could attempt to reinstall it after letting it sit overnight and some isopropyl alcohol or getting a lint free cloth and trying to rub off the dust or impurities from the sticky side however, isopropyl alcohol is a solvent and will degrade the adhesive as you attempt to clean.
