The clear transparent one is a clear sticky film and the coated one is glass like and protects your screen better.

With a clear screen protector it will look clear and shiny because it will reflect light. A transparent (matte) finish absorbs light so it will not be shiny when light hits it but will still appear very clear.

The clear one anyone can see through it when your texting and the other one no one can see anything on it while you are on the phone texting or anything.

the clear one is all clear which means theres no borders on the top and bottom the transparent means theres black bars on the top and bottom
