You can go in as much as you want, as long as the product you want is available at that location. If not, they can always order it for you or see if it’s available at nearby locations. There may or may not be a fee if you want them to apply the new screen protector to your phone.

To get a replacement for bubbles you have to contact Zagg directly and pay a $10 fee to get a replacement. If your screen protector breaks you can get a replacement at no cost at any Best Buy location.
