Best Buy Geek Squad employees may charge a $8 fee to install the new screen protector but the replacement is free of charge under your limited warranty with Zagg. You can install it yourself with no fee if you dont want to pay the $8.

I paid about $8 to have them install the screen at time of purchase. I figured it would never be in better shape and I didn't want to make a mistake. He did a great, experienced, job! I do not know if they replace a cracked screen.

They don’t install for you, but the protector comes with a whole install kit that makes it super easy and lines it up perfectly on your phone. As for the warranty if it cracks, I am not sure on that one.
