I installed it myself - super easy to do. I see other answers have said they would replace anyway so it would be worth asking them. Maybe different by location??

If you have purchased Total Tech they will install your screen protector. If it gets damaged they will replace at no charge.

Yes to booth. It comes with a warranty. They will put the screen protector on with your initial purchase, and then when it broke, they replaced it and put it on again. No charge!

I paid about $8 to have them install the screen at time of purchase. I figured it would never be in better shape and I didn't want to make a mistake. He did a great, experienced, job! I do not know if they replace a cracked screen.

They don’t install for you, but the protector comes with a whole install kit that makes it super easy and lines it up perfectly on your phone. As for the warranty if it cracks, I am not sure on that one.
