You can go to best buy and give them the phone number you used when bought. They replaced mine for free. They even put it on your phone for you:)

Please try again later.Best Buy will not honor this so-called lifetime warranty as my screen was cracked and when I went in to get it replaced with the exact same screen within a couple months after purchasing it I was charged again the screen protector. I called the dispute and I was told that it was denied, and I still had to pay for a second screen even though I paid for everything on my Best Buy card and I’ve been a customer with them for decades, so this is false advertising.

But, you pay only the shipping and handling. Or go on the website of zagg.com and there should be an area to help you find some repair shops in your area who replace them and you pay a small fee. I’ve only paid $10 so far for my iPhone 11 Pro Max
