• You can use scotch tape to pull it back and if that does not work take it back to the retailer and get another one.

• make a return on the product if it is defective or try to peel off the film with your fingernail

• Try a tip of a pen or a paper clip to pull it back to get grip on the paper

• I honestly cannot answer this question. Just wanted you to know you are not alone. Everything about the Zagg is perfect except that little pull tab. After about an hourof frustration i handed it to my 14 year old and he made it work somehow. If you purchased from Best Buy bring it back and let them install it.
